Do you break down your data? What do you do with it? In this video I share three ways to look at your workout data.The 🔑 is to move from general data to specific data. The more specific your data the better you can figure out where you need to improve the most. I cover these three questions:

2️⃣What was I supposed to lift?

3️⃣What did a really lift? 

These three questions are important because they allow us to track compliance, behavior and deliver specific feedback on our performance.
