This presentation is an attempt to support your professional journey and is split into two sections.

The initial part delves into individual self-care and wellness programs, offering employees strategies to achieve this objective. While self-care concepts and definitions are universal, the specific behaviors can vary depending on individual needs. Applied behavior analysis (ABA) is adept at facilitating changes in health-related behaviors. Despite differing health goals, a behavior-focused approach forms the core of any health and wellness initiative.

In the second part, this presentation explores a functional approach, behavioral principles, and their application in cultivating sustainable self-care routines. Examining case studies of adults improving sleep, losing weight, and independently engaging in strength training, we highlight the importance of data-driven decision-making. By prioritizing self-care mastery rooted in data, we aim for positive outcomes for clients, content employees, and a vibrant workplace culture.
