3 Trends That I Discovered From This Training Cycle
1. First Deadlift Personal Record In A Year
This took almost an entire year, but I will take the +10 pounds improvement. I also lifted heavier working sets than I had ever before.
2. Backsquat Personal Record
I PR’d my back squat for the first time in 4 years.
3. The Bench Press Volume was nearly 5x the last cycle.
The volume surprised me. Big sets that included 5-, 7-, and 9-rep maxes added to this volume.
